Mulgarath's Palace is stationed in the junk yard and is at least twenty feet tall to house the massive ogre.

It often has a garrison of twenty or so goblins who protect their leader, led by Wormrat. It also has stables for quit large dragons. Inside it has his throne room and some large doors.
