Julian "Jules" Vargas is Nicholas Vargas' older brother. He is Laurie Vargas' stepbrother. He also has a girlfriend named Cindy. He is a surfer and treats Nick like a kid. Though, once he gets the Sight, he helps them out in their adventure.
